Welcome to SCC Fitness program, here we seek to provide a public service by helping members of our community become healthier and stronger. Regular exercise and physical activity promote strong muscles and bones. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life. I Debrina Moore, am a living witness to how fitness can change your life. When I started I weighed 288 pounds. Through prayer, discipline, and dedication I lost 72 pounds and became a healthier person. Afterward, I wanted to help others become the best versions of themselves. My fitness program helps through my very own SCC Fitness Drink,  meal preparation, intermittent fasting, walking, and home exercise. Here we all go at our own pace. We look forward to seeing you and going down this road to a better and healthier life together.
